For questions about using Tapwire, bug reports and feature ideas, email (contact address not configured). Include the endpoint ID if it is relevant, but never your inspector key.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email (contact address not configured) with steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it, and do not access data that is not yours while testing.

Abuse

If a Tapwire URL is being used for phishing, spam or any other abuse, email (contact address not configured) with the full URL. We will investigate and disable endpoints that break the terms of service.

Data removal

Captured data deletes itself when its endpoint expires, and the inspector lets you delete it sooner. If you no longer have the inspector key for an endpoint whose data you need removed, email (contact address not configured) with the endpoint ID. See the privacy policy for more.
